Art is a former All-American Track & Field athlete , Certified Sports Performance Trainer, and business leader with nearly three decades of experience in athletics, mentorship, and high-level contract negotiation. Art has dedicated his career to helping athletes and families maximize opportunities while staying focused on performance and growth.

For 27 years, Art worked in pharmaceutical sales specializing in Ultra Rare Diseases, where he developed expertise in negotiation and relationship-building with institutions across the country. His professional background, combined with personal experience guiding his son through collegiate athletics at Georgia, Florida, and Penn State—and ultimately to the NFL with the Tennessee Titans—gives him a unique perspective on the challenges athletes face.
