With over eight years of experience in team and player operations across the NBA and G-League, Tyler brings a wealth of insight into player development, operations, and the evolving landscape of athlete representation.

His career began courtside as a team attendant for the Orlando Magic from 1999-2011, before joining the organization’s Basketball Operations staff in 2015. From there, he would go on to work with the Washington Wizards as an analytics intern, the Lakeland Magic as Manager of Basketball Operations and Player Development, and later the LA Clippers as Director of G-League Operations and Player Development.

Tyler has since expanded his expertise into the NIL space as a consultant, helping identify talent and secure marketing opportunities for collegiate athletes. Now at NXT Move Plus, he leverages his NBA and NIL experience to guide athletes in building successful careers both on and off the court.
